Excellent services by Amalak Team! Our experience with the Amalak team has been highly positive. The services provided are commendable, and the responsiveness from their office is noteworthy, especially in handling repairs and maintenance. The caretaker was friendly, responded quickly, and resolved any issues in the flat as soon as possible.The kitchen, furnished with cupboards, was good, and it would be better to provide proper arrangements for keeping the gas stove. The flat we have is well-suited for families, providing a comfortable living space. The team ensures the building's cleanliness is well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment. While the provided free WiFi is satisfactory, we recommend exploring individual connections for each flat to enhance connectivity reliability. It would be beneficial to consider more frequent pesticide applications, aiming for intervals of every 5 or 6 months. In terms of security, installing cameras in corridor areas on each floor would be a valuable enhancement. We appreciate the positive step of providing at least one fan for each flat, contributing significantly to tenant comfort.

I had an amazing experience with this company .We are staying in Amalak for 3 years and we have this apartment location & 2 mins walk to city center & accessible to shop laundry beauty parlour.outstanding service from Amalak team and the building is very neat & clean well maintained.They have offered free WiFi connection also.we don’t feel like leaving this Apartment as it’s very spacious when compared to other Apartments.Hands down the best community we have ever stayed in!!All our neighbors were kind and loving.I will strongly recommend this building to my friends.
